I recently moved to the czech republic and used Kentic for some of their expat services, they found me several excellent apartments to choose from, negotiated a much better price for the place I finally chose and I paid less for the finding fee than I would have dealing directly with the other broker. Then they arranged the necessary paperwork for a parking license and my foreign police documents all quickly and without hassle.
