In addition, due to their experience they were able to provide me with information on apartments I might not have necessarily looked at myself. Once I had made my decision, all of the paper work was prepared and checked for me, and all relevant checks within the property were carried out. Once Kentic were happy that everything was in order I was able to very quickly move in.
