Office finding service

For our demanding business clients we offer a custom office finding service, the objective is to offer you a worry-free, time and money saving solution at lower rates than if you would be looking yourself.

How does it work?

Please send us an e-mail describing the place you are looking for (Location, size, number of rooms, budget in/ex utilities, (un-)furnished, the (technical) equipment you wish for, whether you need a balcony or terrace, etc.

We will start a custom search, and send you a longlist of properties. From the longlist, you select the places you would like to see, we arrange for viewings, come with you and, if you decide on a certain property, we take care of all the negotiations, arrange all the necessary paperwork, up until you get the key and can move in. Also we will help you with paperwork for the business licensing office, a parking license etc. etc. all included in the service. this means you will pay a (usually lower, never higher) commission to us and we will take care of any third party commission that may be charged.
