Expat Consultant (Mainly Real Estate) Part time (possibly Full time)

GENERAL INFORMATION

Kentic is an expat consultancy company stressing personal relations with our clients, we stand for  transparency, diversity, and tailor made solutions, always going the extra mile even when the client does not expect it… Due to further growth of the company we are looking for a consultant to reinforce our team.

SCOPE OF THE POSITION

  • Very self sufficiently communicating with customers from the 1st moment until the customers’ wishes and needs have been fulfilled.
  • Managing the whole process, in accordance with our service level commitment.
  • Communicating with real estate agents and other (non-) governmental organizations arranging our clients apartments, offices, documentation etc. etc.
  • Initiatives to find new clients welcomed and rewarded

WE REQUIRE

  • Fluent English, at least intermediate Czech for communicating with real estate agents and understanding Czech real estate websites.
  • Experience with the real estate market is a plus.
  • Experience in dealing with customers and business relations
  • Service oriented, self sufficient, getting things done mentality, savvy and pro-active
  • Work on the basis of an agreement to do work / zivnostensky list.
  • EU-citizenship or long term residency permit
